Systemische Antibiotika sind solche Antibiotika, die wir in Form einer systemischen Behandlung verwenden (zum Beispiel in Form von Tabletten, Sirup, Infusionen oder Injektionen). Beispiele für systemische Antibiotika sind unter anderem Ospamox (Amoxicillin), Amoksiklav (Amoxicillin und Clavulansäure), Sumamed (Azithromycin), Doksivibra (Doxycyclin) und andere.
