Endoscopic sinus surgery is a minimally invasive way to remove polyps and improve sinus drainage, using a thin camera and small instruments passed through the nostrils. Because there are no external cuts, recovery tends to be quicker than with older surgical approaches. It's now the standard technique for most polyp surgery.
