Nasal endoscopy is an examination using a thin, lighted camera to look directly inside the nose and sinuses. It lets doctors see polyps clearly, judge their size, and track how they change over follow-up visits. It's one of the more routine tools used both to diagnose and to monitor nasal polyps.
