Peripheral Psoriatic Arthritis

Peripheral psoriatic arthritis involves the joints of the arms and legs — fingers, wrists, knees, ankles — and is the pattern seen most often in this condition. It's what most people picture when they think of psoriatic arthritis. The spine can still be affected separately or alongside it.
